How can I book?

To make your reservation, you must only use the search tool on the home page. You will have to enter the arrival and departure dates in the calendar, as well as the number of people you are. You can also filter if you want a particular type of accommodation or pitch to see the dates when it is available. Once you have made your selection, you will have to enter your personal details and make the corresponding payment through the payment gateway.

How much will I be charged at the time of booking?

To confirm your booking you must pay 30% of the total amount at the time of booking. Once you arrive at the campsite, the remaining amount must be paid at reception.

How can I cancel or modify my booking?

As established in our cancellation policy, you may cancel or modify your reservation at no cost up to 7 days before the day of your arrival. After the period of 7 days in advance, if you wish to cancel, the deposit previously paid when making your reservation (30%) will not be refunded. Similarly, if this amount is not presented, it will not be refunded. Any cancellation or modification must be made by email .

Can I reserve a specific number of accommodation or plot?

What are the opening and closing dates of the season?

The campsite opens its doors on March 20, 2024 and closes on October 14, 2024.

What are the nearest towns to the campsite?

We are located in a residential area that belongs to the city of Tarragona, which is 10 km away. In addition, we have the village of Altafulla at only 2 km and the city of Barcelona at 90 km.

What are Reception opening hours?

Our reception is open from Monday to Sunday from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. After 22:00h you can check in with the security staff (who are there all night long), always with a confirmed reservation. After this time, you will not be allowed access to the campsite if you do not have a reservation or if people who have not previously registered come to the campsite.

Can I receive visitors during my stay?

In order to ensure that the capacity is met and to avoid overcrowding in the common areas, no external visitors are allowed.

What are the opening and closing times of the campsite?

The established time of entry into the accommodation is at 4:00 p.m. You can check-in from 12:00 p.m. and wait in our facilities until it is available.

The departure time of the accommodations is at 10:00 a.m. and in the same way, they can spend the rest of the day making use of our facilities and services (however, depending on the influx of people and depending on the season, the use of the services and facilities once your accommodation is released may not be allowed.) You can check at reception for the option of late check out. Keep in mind that this will depend on availability, internal organization and has an added cost. From June 15 to September 15 this service is not enabled.

The time of entry and exit in the plots is established at 12:00.

Is it allowed to barbecue?

The campsite is located in a PEIN area (Protected Natural Area), so the use of barbecues is forbidden in the whole area. You can only use electric or gas barbecues.

Are pets allowed on the campsite?

We know that your best friend is very important to you but, for reasons of hygiene and safety in our campsite accommodation, pets are not allowed, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs, on presentation of the obligatory official and accredited documentation.
You can always make use of reliable kennels in your area to ensure that your pet is in good hands during your holiday.
However, pets are accepted for guests staying on our pitches (check rates), but they will not be allowed in the recreational area (swimming pool, restaurant, sports fields...). Breeds considered potentially dangerous are not allowed, as they are included in the list of the Generalitat de Catalunya.

Are there accessible accommodations for people with reduced mobility?

Unfortunately, the campsite does not have any adapted accommodation. However, you will find adapted bathrooms in several of our sanitary blocks, which all have showers and washbasins with hot water, WC, hand dryers and, in some of them, a hairdryer.

Are there children's toilets?

We have sanitary facilities with baths, changing tables, toilets and washbasins, with hot water and heating in some of them.

Is it possible to rent a fridge?

We work with Rent It Rent It , an external company that offers our clients the possibility of renting refrigerators during their stay. To make your reservation, you must contact them directly through their website.

Can you use the camping facilities without staying?

In order to guarantee the capacity of the campsite and to avoid overcrowding in the common areas, it is not allowed to use the facilities without staying at the campsite.

Can I come to eat at the campsite restaurant without staying at the campsite?

Yes, it is possible, but you must book in advance by calling 977 65 11 47. Access to the restaurant does not include use of the swimming pool or the rest of the facilities. To make use of the swimming pool, you must consult us at the time of booking and it is not guaranteed.

Where can I park my vehicle?

When you book your stay, you are guaranteed to be able to park your vehicle on the campsite. Depending on the type of accommodation you have booked, you will have a private car park or our staff will indicate the nearest communal areas where you can park your vehicle. Remember that only one vehicle is allowed per accommodation or plot, so if you have additional vehicles, you must park them outside (in the vicinity of the campsite).

Can I drive around the campsite at any time?

According to the campsite regulations in Catalonia, which ensure that customers' rest is respected, the vehicle access barriers are closed from 00:00h until 7:00h. If you come during this period of time, you can park outside and access the campsite on foot, as access on foot is possible 24 hours a day.

What are the pool rules?

Comply with the orders of the staff at all times, the admission conditions are found at the entrance. Children under 10 years of age must enter with a responsible adult. It is not allowed to jump headlong or standing up, bothering other users. Inflatables, fins, balls or water guns are prohibited. Bathing shorts and bathing suits are authorized (as long as the fabric is swim-specific). Failure to comply with the regulations will be grounds for expulsion.

Does the campsite offer seasonal long stays on pitches and in accommodation?

No. The campsite does not have seasonal or pre-season contracts for pitches. In the case of accommodation, we recommend checking with the reservations department about the options available in glamping modalities for the full season, for months or spring/autumn, in our email .

What are the Local Rates?

A partir du 01/10/21 il est de 0,66 EUR + TVA par personne et par nuit avec un maximum de 7 nuits à partir de 17 ans.

Important : les taxes de séjour varient en fonction de la localisation de l'établissement et de ses caractéristiques. Le paiement de la taxe de séjour en Catalogne se fait par personne et par unité de séjour (jour ou fraction). Il y a un maximum de sept unités de séjour par personne, pendant une période continue dans le même logement. En d'autres termes, si une personne séjourne pendant 15 nuits dans le même logement, elle ne devra payer que pour sept nuits (sept unités de séjour).

Can I exceed the capacity of my accommodation?

For security reasons, it is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum capacity established in our accommodations. Depending on the type you have booked, this can be for 2, 4 or 5 people. Children and babies count as a whole person, so they must be included in this number of occupants.

Des berceaux et des chaises hautes sont-ils disponibles ?

Yes. To make your stay more comfortable for you and your family, we have cots and high chairs at your disposal at no extra cost and will be delivered to your accommodation. You can request it when making your reservation or at the time of arrival, always subject to availability.

Do the accommodations have sheets and towels?

Yes. All our accommodations have sheets and towels.

For stays of less than 7 nights, no changes are made. For stays of 7 nights, 1 change of towels and sheets is established (Wednesday or Sunday) For stays of 14 nights or more, 2 changes of towels per week and 1 change of sheets per week are established (Wednesday and/or Sunday)

They must leave the towels and/or sheets on the terrace of the accommodation in the white bag found on the table upon arrival.

Do you offer daily cleaning in the accommodations?

No. The accommodation is delivered clean upon arrival and cleaned again upon departure. The accommodations must be returned in the same cleaning conditions as on arrival, with clean kitchen utensils, garbage removed, empty fridge, sheets and towels deposited in the shower tray. Otherwise, a penalty of €50 must be paid. Cleaning is not done during the stay. In addition, the campsite may request €150 in cash or a credit card number as a deposit at your entrance, to cover possible damages on departure.

What is the maximum capacity of the pitches?

Our pitches can accommodate a maximum of 6 people, including children and babies.

Is there any shade on the plots?

The campsite is located in a wooded area, so we have pitches with shade. Remember that you will choose the pitch you want on arrival, so this preference will depend on availability on the day.

Do the plots have water and/or electricity connections?

The plots have electrical boxes with a connection of 6 amps at 220 watts. To connect, we recommend having an extension cord with sufficient capacity (25 meters minimum), since there are plots where the box is further away).

Regarding water, none of our plots has drainage or water, but we have a drinking water supply source distributed throughout the campsite.
